She is deeply embedded in the day-to-day, from client care to internal training and everything in between. Known for her long-standing relationships, sharp operational mind, and obsession with feedback (the good, the bad, and all the other stuff), Sally is as invested in people as she is in performance.

Her passion for learning has seen her explore everything from customer service systems to mediation and even mould—proving there really is never a dull moment in PM.
