Michael Anania is a recognised leader in property management, driving innovation and performance as Head of Property Management at Laing+Simmons, with over 15 years of experience across every facet of real estate, including Sales, Property Management and Operations.

He oversees one of the industry’s only fully integrated in-house PM divisions, delivering compliance, efficiency, trust accounting and growth for over 58 offices statewide and one in Victoria.

Recently, Michael has spearheaded AI-driven PM solutions, launched Laing+Simmons’ industry-first GPT training program, and developed council-specific landlord and tenant packs. Michael continues to shape the future of property management in NSW.
